“As such, the Noble 6 can do some very impressive things indeed. The frequency response is extremely wide and totally even from top to bottom. In design terms, the six armature Noble is wildly different to the single dynamic driver Sennheiser but both models are beautifully cohesive and do a fine job of getting out of the way and letting you enjoy the music. And make no mistake, you will enjoy yourself. The Noble is accurate and at times startlingly revealing but it is never ruthless. Listening to a blast from my past, the eponymous titled debut album from Young American Primitive on Tidal was a real pleasure. The production values aren’t great but the Noble finds the bits that matter and relays them perfectly. ”

OCHARAKU DONGURI-KEYAKI – REVIEW

” Which is to say: if you like bright treble (not to mention mids that kowtow to it), and a good, compact, anchoring bass, Donguri probably will grease your pole. But if you don’t go in for that stuff, it certainly won’t. Even if you’re like me, and do, you may have trouble with American hip hop, which really needs a lazier upper end, and if possible, a bit less detail and a bit more fluffy pressure in the low end.”
BRAINWAVZ M2 In-Ear Monitors – Review

” There is something wonderful about the sound of good in-ear monitors, especially those with high performance single drivers in each ear. With no crossover to direct the incoming signal to a separate woofer and a tweeter, a very natural continuity – and freedom from the harmful phase shifts of typical crossovers – is heard that makes the distinction between bass, midrange, and treble almost meaningless. Separating music into these frequency ranges is good for discussion, but the M2s present a seamless listening experience and music flows naturally up and down the entire musical scale. The midrange is very natural and fully formed.”

“On the brighter side for EarSonics, the treble is smooth yet revealing and forgiving; an excellent combination. Overall smoothness is a hair better than the S-EM6 while a good amount better than the EM4, but the presentation isnât quite as detailed. While the IE800 has similar treble quality, other universals in the general price range I have heard arenât at the same quality level. Decay is very good in the treble region, and while not up to par with CIEMs that cost double, performance is still impressive.”

” The earphone is at all times an enjoyable listen, the sound is full and every part has its place. Maybe I have been spoilt for what is capable in terms of CIEM soundstage but I find this to be good with obvious use of all 3 dimensions but I don’t find it to be huge, the JH Audio Roxanne sounds huge, this seems layered and open but not near that level, although I think the JH Sirens are in a league of their own in terms of sheer size and this easily matches the rest of my best CIEM in terms of size alone. The imaging seems pretty precise but maybe my personal biggest gripe with these is the background just doesn’t seem that dead, it just a bit blurry. ”

T-PEOS ALTONE 200 IEM – REVIEW

” These are not a reference IEM by any means; they’re meant to be enjoyed. Unfortunately, it does not extend as far as other IEMs can which eats away some of its airiness and microdetails and keeps it from being a top-tier IEM. Cymbal decay is the easiest way to discern how well an IEM handles treble detail and the Altone 200 comes just short of resolving the harmonics something like the UERM or even the Hifiman RE600 or DUNU DN2000 can.”
