“I hear no differences in staging size via the M5 through most other setups. That is a good thing. I expected far less realism but received a very good performer. This is funny, because, I do own a few streamers (which are video-enabled and not dedicated audio only like this M5 is) and the difference with some of them are apparent.
I can say that streaming services via my Roku are not half had at such a price and that the M5 sounds identical. What audio components are in there helping the signal boost, are quality.”

When I listened to The Trinity Session yet again, I was struck by how natural Margo Timmins’s voice sounded, and by all the air I could hear around it — a small but significant increase in resolution and clarity from what I’d heard with other amps. In The Mission, the sound of the woodwind instruments grabbed my attention — a breathy quality I hadn’t noticed before that made them sound more real, with a bit more presence. After having heard both recordings so many times over the years, I was surprised to hear something new. Which makes me think that while I’ve already spent several thousand words describing these amps, there may be still more to say about them — a telltale indication of a great hi-fi product.”

” Intelligent Polarity detector – when used with USA and EU type mains plugs, this Intelligent Polarity feature will automatically tell the user whether they’ve got them plugged in the right way for whichever country they’re in. A green LED indicates correct polarity a red LED means incorrect.
Audio Ground connection – If the user is not sure if their audio set up has a Ground/Earth, simply plug the AC iPurifier into the system and it will indicate one way or the other. A green LED means ‘Yes’; a red one means ‘No’. The AC iPurifier will only actively provide a Ground/Earth if it detects the lack of one. This avoids creating a ground loop. ”
